I paid but did not receive the product

Solution We run an automated digital download system. As soon as a payment is made you should be redirected to a download page where you can download the items. Plus you will also be emailed a receipt with a link to the download page.

Typically this is instant. Though from time to time it will be delayed a little bit.

If you have not received your download info within 3 hours, please fill out a ticket including your Paypal address you purchased with and we will manually send you the download information.
